At Palettes, we work with seasonal products to offer you fresh, good and beautiful products.

Each season offers us a real palette of natural colors, that each Palette is a unique creation.
We adapt to everyone and are happy to personalize our palettes as well as our buffets according to your preferences.

All our pallets allow the possibility without pork or other intolerances.

My background …

WHO AM I ?

Yasmine was born in Marrakech and started working from age 16. She decided to leave Morocco to join a hotel school. From here she began working in the Kitchen of a small hotel in Paris. Always ambitious, Yasmine simply waited for the right moment to launch her project: Palettes.

Passionate from an early age, Yasmine continued her studies in hotel and catering at the Lycee Hotelier in Saint Quentin en Yvelines. She went on to pursue her studies in Hotel Management in Paris, the worlds capital of hospitality and exquisite food.

After gaining experience in several gourmet restaurants and tea rooms in Parisian palaces, Yasmine’s , thirst for knowledge and experience, led her to Dubai where she worked for various luxury hotels including catering and hospitality for some of the royal family.

Yasmine spent several years in the United Arab Emirates, working and gaining experience as a client manager for Palaces and luxury establishments. When she finally returned to her native country she fell in love with Morocco all over again. She is rediscovering her Morocco and it’s exceptional products such as cheeses, cold meats, fruits and local products. Her travels and experiences in other countries allow her to serve Platters that include gourmet foods from around the world to compliment the Moroccan taste.
